Coordinator / Requirement Analyst Lumera

Job Description

Our client within the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Coordinator / Requirement Analyst to support the implementation and transformation program related to the Lumera platform.

The assignment focuses on strengthening the coordination and requirement management capabilities connected to financial accounting and reporting processes within the insurance business. The ongoing transformation initiative aims to modernize and streamline operational processes, financial reporting structures, and business workflows through the adoption of Lumera.

The selected consultant will work closely with finance teams, process owners, business stakeholders, and other program leads to ensure that accounting and reporting requirements are properly defined, implemented, tested, and aligned with business and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities related to financial statements and external financial reporting within the Lumera transformation program.
  • Act as Epic Owner for the Financial Statements and External Reporting domain.
  • Gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements related to accounting and financial reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, process owners, and external teams to ensure successful implementation delivery.
  • Lead and support project coordination activities across ongoing milestones and program phases.
  • Participate in operational activities including requirement management, testing, validation, and implementation support.
  • Ensure financial business events are accurately reflected within accounting and reporting processes.
  • Support test planning, execution, quality assurance, and issue resolution activities prior to production rollout.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Required Experience

  • Hands-on experience implementing Lumera within financial accounting and reporting environments.
  • Proven background in project coordination and participation in large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience defining and managing requirements related to finance, accounting, and reporting.
  • Practical expertise in advanced testing and validation activities.
  • Experience working within insurance finance and financial reporting functions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Ability to manage complex coordination tasks across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in transformation programs involving enterprise platforms and financial systems.

Job Mode: Hybrid (25% Remote)

Language Requirement: Swedish and English
