Job Summary

Tetra Pak operates on a global stage, partnering with the largest customers in the liquid food processing industry. Our products and solutions are sold as stand-alone or integrated in projects and line solutions and are relevant for all our food categories. We have a reputation for innovation and quality that is unmatched, and we are accelerating our ambitions in the homogenizer business—a key area for the company.

We are now looking for a Center of Expertise Manager within our High-Pressure Homogenization team, who will lead our product- and technology development organization. You will report to the Product Success Manager High-Pressure Homogenization.

The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund. Some travelling will be required.

What you will do

As Center of Expertise Manager, you will inspire, develop and organize the team´s work to ensure that agreed R&D projects are executed on time, within budget, and with quality. You are responsible for staying updated on technical and technological developments in the product area, securing expertise, and sharing insights systematically within the team and stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

• Be an inspiring people- and technology leader who drives innovation with value for the customer/channel; secures being first mover on new technologies, applications and innovation
• Responsible for tracking the R&D budget and raising future demands for 3YP and 1YP plan
• Manage the continuous development pipeline, and review and clarify backlog items.
• Accountable for driving automation and digitalization that adds customer value across the portfolio

We believe you have

• You have a university degree, preferably within Engineering.
• Solid experience in Product Development and Project Management is essential, ideally within food technology, process engineering, or related scientific fields.
• You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal.

We believe you have proven leadership experience in R&D or technical centers of excellence and the ability to bridge science and business, turning complex research into attractive market solutions. You are business- and results-oriented, analytical, and a collaborative team player who thrives on building expertise and enabling teams to deliver world-class solutions.
