At Alleima Tube IT, our M3 Competence Center helps production and sales units around the world work smarter, more consistently, and with confidence. We’re on an exciting transformation journey in M3, and we’re now welcoming Business Process Specialists who are curious, collaborative, and ready to shape how ERP supports the business.

Your Role

We’re growing our M3 Competence Center and are looking for Business Process Specialists within the Order-to-Delivery area - whether you’re early in your career or have several years of experience. You’ll get support from experienced colleagues, clear ways of working, and room to grow into the role.

In this role, you’ll be an important bridge between our global business processes and the M3 solution - helping ensure the system supports daily work and enables better ways of working. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales and Logistics, as well as other key stakeholders, to drive standardization, efficiency, and long-term sustainability in our ERP landscape.

Main focus areas for the position:

• Drive and support M3 implementations and improvements within your process area, helping create robust, scalable solutions aligned with global business needs.
• Help develop and refine business processes, with a focus on standard M3 functionality, efficiency, compliance, and great user experience.
• Create clear requirement specifications for change requests - so development and delivery have a strong, shared foundation.
• Be a close partner to the business, turning operational needs into effective ERP solutions and supporting constructive dialogue across functions and geographies.
• Contribute to our long-term ERP roadmap, supporting Alleima’s global rollout and continuous improvement - step by step.

Location for the position is in Sandviken, Sweden. Currently we’re not able to provide global relocation packages for this position.

Your profile

• A university degree in a relevant field connected to Sales and Logistics (e.g., Order-to-Delivery) or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
• Familiarity with M3 or another ERP system (from work, projects, or super-user roles).
• Experience from a global organization is a plus, as we work in an international environment.
• A curious mindset and a strong willingness to learn and find solutions.
• A true team spirit - you enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative way of working.
• Flexibility and the ability to stay grounded in a dynamic environment.
• As we operate in a global organization, English is a natural part of your everyday work.
