Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role

This is a broad and influential HR role where you turn business priorities into practical people strategies for Sweden and an international business line. You will work close to leaders, global HR teams, unions, and support functions to create the right conditions for performance, capability development, and a strong employee experience.

You will combine strategic perspective with hands-on delivery across the full HR spectrum. That includes organizational development, talent and succession planning, annual HR processes, employee relations, and local implementation of global frameworks and policies. The environment is collaborative and complex, with clear focus on Swedish labor law, union dialogue, and change. Job Description
  • You will translate business goals into people strategies and concrete HR initiatives for the Swedish organization and the international business line.
  • You will support and coach leaders in areas such as performance, development, conflict management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • You will prepare for and participate in consultations and negotiations with unions in accordance with Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
  • You will drive workforce planning, capability development, succession planning, and talent management activities.
  • You will lead and coordinate annual HR processes, including performance management, salary review, engagement follow-up, and talent reviews.
  • You will analyze workforce data and HR KPIs to provide insights and recommendations to leaders.
  • You will support organizational assessments, role design, team effectiveness, and change initiatives where needed.
  • You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and leaders in recruitment processes and long-term talent needs.
  • You will contribute to work environment initiatives, rehabilitation cases, workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement based on employee feedback and exit insights.
Requirements
  • Strong experience working broadly across HR in a business-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements, including experience with MBL and LAS.
  • Experience collaborating with unions and supporting employee relations matters in Sweden.
  • Experience advising and coaching leaders on people, culture, change, and organizational development.
  • Experience leading or coordinating core HR processes such as performance management, salary review, talent reviews, and engagement follow-up.
  • Experience working with workforce data, people metrics, and HR KPIs to support decisions.
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to complete a mandatory drug test.
