Assignment Description

We are looking for a Development Engineer specializing in Ride & Handling

What You Will Work On

• Perform in-car chassis tuning and vehicle dynamics optimization
• Conduct testing and evaluation of ride and handling performance
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for system improvements
• Work with tools such as CANape for data acquisition and analysis
• Collaborate with engineering teams across disciplines (e.g., suspension, controls, testing)
• Manage technical tasks, timelines, and deliverables within projects
• Participate in test activities at proving grounds and test tracks
• Support validation and quality assurance of vehicle performance

What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in chassis tuning and in-car testing
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Advanced test driver certification from recognized test tracks
• Strong experience using CANape for data analysis and testing
• Solid project management and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, high-performance teams
• Willingness and availability for regular business travel
