Maintenance Technician - Industrial Production - Denmark

S.E.W. North Filtration A/S is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our modern production facility in Maribo on Lolland. This role focuses on industrial production maintenance, not building services, HVAC, or installation work.

We are looking for hands-on maintenance professionals from industrial production, such as maintenance technicians, industrial mechanics, or industrial blacksmiths with hands-on production maintenance experience, who enjoy keeping production running smoothly.

You'll need to already have the legal right to work in Denmark (for example, EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship, or a valid Danish work and residence permit). Unfortunately, we're not able to offer visa or work permit sponsorship for this role.

Your role as Maintenance Technician You will work directly with maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of automated production equipment, including:

Production machinery and automated production lines Pumps and mechanical systems Robotics and related systems Preventive and corrective maintenance Fault finding and breakdown support during production Close cooperation with production and technical colleagues on the floor This role is:

NOT HVAC or ventilation systems NOT building maintenance or facility management NOT an engineering or office-based position

Who you are

You have practical, hands-on experience with maintenance in a production or industrial environment You are comfortable working with mechanical systems, pumps, and automated equipment Experience with robotics, hydraulics, or PLC-controlled equipment is an advantage You are used to troubleshooting and fixing problems directly on the machine You take responsibility and work independently when needed You can communicate clearly in English Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement You must already have the legal right to work in Denmark. Hourly wage: DKK 200 to 215 gross before tax Pension: 11 percent Holiday pay: 12.5 percent, corresponding to 5 weeks of paid holiday per year Additional benefits based on collective agreement: +15.5% Modern production facilities with good working conditions Canteen scheme

Working hours and employment terms Start date as soon as possible, but we value finding the right match and are flexible on timing This is a full-time position with 37 working hours per week. Day shift (Mon-Thu 07:00-15:30, Fri 07:00-12:00) The position is permanent and offers long term employment.
