Assignment Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Logistics Project Planner

What You Will Work On

  • Develop and manage project plans and schedules for logistics-driven projects.
  • Perform material flow analyses and monitor logistics interfaces.
  • Track project progress and ensure up-to-date reporting of milestones and deliverables.
  • Use SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik for planning, scheduling, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution aligns with plans.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage deviations and support corrective actions.
  • Support resource planning, focusing on execution phases and ongoing staffing needs.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Planning, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.
  • Strong analytical and structured working style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and create conditions for successful project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
