You will lead an IAM initiative in a complex organization where identity, access, and governance are central to secure and efficient operations. The assignment covers the full project lifecycle, from shaping direction and defining value to driving delivery and continuous optimization.

You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to turn strategy into a clear roadmap, actionable priorities, and measurable outcomes. This is a great opportunity to influence both delivery and IAM direction in an area with clear business impact.

• You will take end-to-end ownership of the project and drive it from ideation to optimization.
• You will define the project mission and OKRs, translate them into a prioritized roadmap, and manage the team backlog.
• You will lead a cross-functional technical team and help create strong collaboration across teams with many dependencies.
• You will identify opportunities to improve IAM strategy, policies, and processes.
• You will coach the organization on identity and access management best practices.
• You will identify and address IAM-related issues and help move the project forward in a hands-on way when needed.
• You will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to secure alignment, momentum, and value delivery.
• You will define MVPs, balance priorities, and de-scope when needed to enable fast feedback cycles.

• Experience leading projects end to end, from ideation through delivery and optimization.
• Ability to define mission, OKRs, roadmap, and backlog priorities in a structured way.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in development environments with multiple dependencies.
• Solid understanding of IAM and identity and access management best practices.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders and create effective collaboration across teams.
• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Experience leading geographically distributed technical teams.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, B2B/B2C, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Azure AD Identity Governance.
• Knowledge of IAM or PAM solutions such as SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt, or CyberArk.
• Experience with Jira.
• A structured, analytical, and pragmatic way of working in a dynamic environment.
