Customer service & Logistics controller (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, track, and follow up on orders, shipments, and warehouse transfers to ensure timely delivery and operational accuracy.

2. Collaborate closely with warehouse teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

3. Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, returns, exchanges, and order-related concerns professionally and efficiently.

4. Assist internal teams with logistics reporting, operational updates, and planning activities.

5. Contribute to workflow optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

6. Identify operational discrepancies, troubleshoot logistics issues proactively, and ensure high accuracy throughout supply chain processes.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

2. Ability to work independently while remaining responsive, collaborative, and team-oriented.

3. Previous experience in logistics, operations, customer service, or supply chain coordination.

4. Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse coordination, and order management platforms is highly preferred.

5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
