Senior Chef

We are a growing Asian fast food restaurant in Umeå looking for a skilled Senior Chef to join our kitchen team. We focus on fresh, high-quality Asian street food and modern fast-casual dining.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality Asian dishes

• Maintain consistency and presentation standards

• Supervise kitchen operations during shifts

• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)

• Assist with menu development and kitchen organization

• Support and train junior kitchen staff

Requirements

• Strong experience in Asian cuisine

• Proven skills in preparing:

• Sushi

• Rice and noodle dishes

• Asian bowls

• Bao

• Experience working in fast-paced kitchens

• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
