Tractor Driver - Dairy Farm (Seasonal Work)

Position Tractor Driver (Seasonal Farm Worker) Work Period Approximately 15 May - 15 October, fulltime (depending on field conditions and weather)

Job Description We are looking for an experienced tractor driver to work on our dairy farm during the summer season. The work includes tractor driving, machinery maintenance, and general farm duties. This is not only a driving job - the position also involves other farm work when needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Driving tractor for fertilising, mowing, and transporting grass/hay
• Operating equipment such as pickup trailer and mower
• Fieldwork such as ploughing, harrowing, and sowing (if time allows)
• Preparing, greasing, cleaning, and maintaining farm machinery
• Supporting haymaking and silo transportation work
• General farm tasks: fencing, cleaning, repairs, and occasional work with cows

Requirements Driving Licence You must hold one of the following licences valid for tractor driving in Norway:

• CE (EU citizens)
• Category B obtained before 01.01.2005 (EU citizens)
• BE code 144 (only valid for Norwegian licences)
• T Norwegian tractor licence (foreign T licences are not valid) Skills & Personal Qualities
• Mandatory: strong experience with tractor driving
• Willing to do physical work
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and efficient
• Able to follow instructions and learn new tasks
• Can work independently and in a team

Salary Salary according to agreement, from 185 NOK pr hour.
