Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Technical Lead

What you will work on:

• Lead technical design and implementation of hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions
• Design and operate Azure environments including AKS and Kubernetes platforms
• Integrate and manage on-premises infrastructure connected to cloud environments
• Define architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform and Bicep
• Build and improve CI/CD and DevOps workflows for infrastructure deployments
• Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
• Optimize infrastructure costs and manage vendor-related technical decisions
• Act as technical authority within the platform team and contribute to technical communities
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in DevOps and cloud operations

What you bring:

• Strong experience designing and operating Azure-based cloud infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container platforms, and hybrid cloud environments
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
• Hands-on experience integrating on-prem infrastructure with cloud platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills across both cloud and physical environments
• Experience supporting development teams with reliable platform services
• Ability to lead technically while remaining hands-on in implementation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with structured approach to complex technical problems
