Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Operations:

Process invoices, payments, expenses, bank transactions, and other day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with company policies and applicable European accounting requirements.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Support supplier and customer accounting, reconcile outstanding balances, monitor payment schedules, and assist with collection and payment follow-ups.

Vehicle & Dealership Finance:

Maintain accurate financial records related to vehicle purchases and sales, inventory movements, trade-ins, deposits, commissions, and other dealership transactions.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliations:

Prepare regular financial reports and management information, perform bank and ledger reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies.

European Market Compliance :

Support VAT, invoicing, documentation, and other financial compliance requirements relevant to international transactions and European markets.

International Transactions:

Assist with cross-border payments, supplier/customer settlements, foreign-currency transactions, and financial documentation for European business partners.

Stakeholder & Operational Coordination:

Act as a finance point of contact for sales, procurement, logistics, operations, management, suppliers, customers, and external partners; coordinate information, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth execution of financial processes.

Process Improvement & Team Support:

Maintain accurate accounting records, support month-end closing, improve financial processes, and collaborate with sales, procurement, logistics, and management teams across international operations.
