Assignment Description

We are looking for a HIL Verification & Test Automation Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Implement automated HIL test scripts using dSPACE AutomationDesk
• Execute closed-loop HIL testing, including diagnostics, performance testing, and fault injection
• Verify safety-critical automotive functions at functional and non-functional levels
• Analyze, document, and report HIL test results
• Create and refine test cases and test descriptions based on FRS and SWTDs
• Integrate HIL test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Perform fault tracing in HIL/SIL environments
• Collaborate closely with development, verification, and customer teams
• Learn and follow customer workflows, tools, and processes
• Support verification activities across multiple project phases

What You Bring

• Strong experience in embedded automotive testing
• Solid background in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) verification
• Hands-on expertise with dSPACE HIL simulators and toolchains (mandatory)
• Experience with test automation and Python programming
• Knowledge of HIL/SIL fault tracing techniques
• Understanding of automotive standards such as ISO and ASPICE
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Ability to work on-site in Gothenburg
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Collaborative mindset and clear technical communication
