DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards and Swedish construction regulations
• Prepare, review, and update company quality plans, procedures, and inspection protocols for all sites
• Monitor construction site quality managers to ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and contract requirements
• Conduct regular quality inspections and internal audits at construction sites
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with the quality site manager teams
• Work closely with site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality objectives are achieved
• Provide training to site personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
• Participate in project planning meetings and provide quality-related recommendations
• Liaise with external auditors, clients, and regulatory authorities regarding quality matters
• Support quality site managers and quality advisors in their day to day activities
