Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior QA Tester to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Analyze requirements to identify testable features and ensure comprehensive coverage
• Design detailed manual test cases, create test data and execute tests across system, integration and regression levels
• Execute automated end-to-end test cases and contribute to improving automation coverage
• Identify, document and track defects through established tools and processes
• Maintain full traceability between requirements, test cases and results
• Prepare clear and actionable test reports for stakeholders, providing visibility into quality and progress
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as PI planning, sprint planning and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with a global agile team, sharing insights, challenges and improvements
• Support ad hoc testing needs and contribute to continuous enhancement of test frameworks and strategies
• Mentor and guide other QA team members to strengthen overall team capability

What you bring:

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience across mobile, web and API environments
• Deep expertise in manual testing, including test case design, test data creation and full test execution
• Hands-on testing experience with mobile and web applications
• Ability to write automation scripts in Node.js/TypeScript or Python
• Strong understanding of Gherkin syntax and behavior-driven testing
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and standard defect tracking/documentation practices
• Experience preparing detailed, stakeholder-friendly test reports
• Background in agile ways of working, including PI planning and sprint ceremonies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in distributed global teams
• Self-driven, proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and attention to detail
• Experience with QA leadership or mentoring responsibilities
• Meriting experience with Selenium/Playwright, Detox/WebdriverIO or similar tools
• Familiarity with API testing and database queries
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
