Restaurant/Kitchen Assistant Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated, and energetic Restaurant/Kitchen Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food quality, teamwork, and kitchen leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

As Restaurant/Kitchen Assistant Manager, you will support the Management in overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, ensuring hygiene standards, and leading the kitchen team during service hours. You will play an important role in creating an efficient, positive, and professional working environment.

Main Responsibilities

● Assist in planning and managing daily kitchen operations

● Supervise and support kitchen staff during shifts

● Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

● Maintain hygiene and food safety standards according to Swedish regulations

● Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

● Support staff, scheduling, and coordination

● Train and guide new kitchen employees

● Work closely with restaurant management to improve kitchen efficiency

● Ensure efficient food preparation and timely service during busy hours

● Help maintain a positive and professional kitchen environment

● Should be able to handle customers from greetings to customer service

● You are responsible to handle Japanese and Indian Kitchen

Qualifications

● Previous experience or exposure in a restaurant kitchen or similar environment is an advantage

● Strong leadership and communication skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented

● English knowledge is must

● Basic Swedish language

● Should be able to prepare or have exposure with Korean and Japanese food, and Indian food menu

● Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively among Japanese and Indian Kitchen
