Senior Security Project Manager

You will join an Information Security team within a global provider of professionally monitored security solutions. In this role, you will lead initiatives that embed operational controls into business processes—strengthening process integrity and reducing risk. The work spans both process improvements and technology-enabled control mechanisms, in close collaboration with business teams and IT.

• Lead information security projects with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
• Drive project execution using appropriate project methodologies to achieve agreed outcomes
• Manage project communication and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business, and other relevant functions to align goals
• Track plans, objectives/key results, risks, and issues; escalate when needed
• Facilitate project meetings and provide structured reporting to steering groups and key stakeholders

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex projects in global organizations
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams with different cultural backgrounds
• Strong project management skills (timelines, tasks, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination)
• Experience with cybersecurity and/or information security projects
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, including progress tracking and tailored reporting for both technical teams and executive management
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Fluency in Spanish and Swedish
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., IPMA or PMP)
• Experience supporting policy rollouts and audit preparation together with subject matter experts
