Assignment Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Test Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Plan and execute physical strength and durability tests, with focus on screw joints
• Develop test plans and define material requirements aligned with program timelines
• Collaborate with test lab technicians to design and set up test configurations
• Perform analysis and provide recommendations based on test results
• Support CAE and design engineers in early development phases using test insights
• Document and report test results, including lessons learned for future programs
• Contribute to development of requirements and testing methodologies for efficient product development

What You Bring:

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Strength, Fatigue, Dynamics, or related field
• Experience in mechanical strength and durability testing
• Ability to independently perform analysis and provide technical recommendations
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as MTS, Instron, Dewesoft, or similar
• Familiarity with Teamcenter Engineering (TCe) or equivalent systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English
