Assignment Overview

We are seeking an IT Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead the implementation of a new document management system (DMS)
• Conduct current state analysis and requirements gathering
• Plan and manage system selection, configuration, and customization
• Plan and execute controlled migration of existing documents
• Coordinate testing, validation, training, and rollout activities
• Ensure quality, security, usability, and compliance throughout the project
• Develop a comprehensive project execution plan, including risk management and timelines
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and communicate progress effectively
• Ensure collaboration with IT for SSO, Active Directory, and access management
• Support procurement or system acquisition processes as needed

What You Bring

• Documented experience in IT/system implementation project management
• Experience with document management systems or other critical business systems
• Strong understanding of information security, access control, and version management
• Structured working style and ability to drive projects toward fixed deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience leading system procurement, requirement specification, and tender processes (advantageous)
• Experience coordinating IT for SSO, Active Directory, and access management (advantageous)
