A newly appointed CIO in a large international financial services environment wants to build a clear, fact-based understanding of the current IT landscape. In this assignment, you will help create a comprehensive view of how the organization’s IT environment works today across a complex global business.

You will gather, structure, and analyze information related to systems, processes, data flows, and cost structures, then turn that material into a consolidated current-state assessment. The objective is to give leadership a holistic picture of the IT environment and support better-informed decisions going forward. This is an interesting opportunity to work close to executive stakeholders and bring clarity to a large-scale international IT setup.

• You will collect and analyze information related to the IT landscape across the organization.
• You will map and structure key processes, data flows, and cost structures.
• You will consolidate existing information into a clear and coherent current-state view.
• You will create a fact-based and holistic assessment of the company’s IT environment.
• You will help establish a stronger foundation for strategic IT decision-making.

• Senior consulting experience in IT-focused assignments.
• Experience collecting and analyzing information related to IT landscapes, processes, data flows, and cost structures.
• Ability to consolidate existing material into a clear, fact-based current-state assessment.
• Ability to create a holistic view of a complex IT environment in a global organization.
