Assignment Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer

What You Will Work On

• Design and implement a scalable Power BI semantic model with standardized KPI definitions
• Build dashboards for monitoring key metrics such as:
• OEE (Availability, Performance, Quality)
• MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
• MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
• Enable drill-down analysis by equipment, production line, and time period
• Develop trend analysis and identify “bad actors” impacting performance
• Model and structure event-based and time-series data for analytics
• Define and implement KPI logic with full traceability (KPI → source data)
• Create DAX measures and transformation logic using Power Query (M)
• Optimize data models for performance and large datasets (e.g., incremental refresh)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business relevance and usability

What You Bring

• Strong experience in data modeling for BI and analytics solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling and report development)
• Solid experience with DAX for measures and KPI calculations
• Strong knowledge of Power Query (M) for data transformation and quality handling
• Experience working with production or maintenance KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR)
• Experience connecting to and working with on-premises data sources
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders
