Fulfilment & Replenishment Unit Design & Automation Leader

WHO YOU ARE

• You have experience in fulfilment, logistics, automation or operations (around 4–8+ years)
• You enjoy working with design, innovation and continuous improvement in operational environments
• You’re comfortable building business cases and understanding value, cost and return on investment
• You collaborate easily and build strong relationships across teams, countries and functions
• You communicate clearly and can make complex ideas simple and actionable
• You’re motivated by creating customer value and working in line with IKEA values

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Guide and support country teams in unit design and automation solutions
• Explore, test and improve fulfilment unit designs and automation concepts
• Act as a centre of expertise, sharing knowledge and best practices across the organisation
• Build and validate business cases, including value and return on investment
• Support initiatives end-to-end – from idea to implementation and follow-up
• Ensure good progress tracking, risk management and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to secure aligned and customer-focused solutions
• Provide clear communication and support materials for deployment teams
