Operations Controller – Huskvarna

We are looking for an Operations Controller responsible for factory controlling and additional controller support tasks within operations.

In this role, you will work with monthly closing activities as well as ongoing controlling and financial follow-up related to operations. The assignment offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop within controlling in a manufacturing environment.

About the role

You will be part of a team of 12 controllers, including 6 Factory Controllers, which means you will have strong support, knowledge sharing and experienced colleagues to learn from. The work covers a broad range of operational controlling activities, such as:

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Monthly closing and financial reporting

• Analysis of operational and financial results

• Inventory focus and stock-related analysis

• Supporting factory controlling and operational finance processes

This is a hands-on role with good exposure to factory operations and finance, ideal for someone who wants to broaden their skills and grow within controlling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent

• 2–3 years of experience in finance, controlling or a related role

• Experience from manufacturing industry is an advantage but not a requirement

• Experience in factory controlling, controller or finance support roles is considered a plus

• Strong skills in Excel (mandatory)

• Experience with JDE, SAP and/or Maximus is an advantage

• Fluent in Swedish and English
