Project Manager – Distribution Solutions (Medium Voltage)

We are looking for a driven and communicative Project Manager – Distribution Solutions (Medium Voltage) for an assignment in a technical and industrial environment, with a focus on medium voltage switchgear and distribution solutions. This role is located in Västerås, start is ASAP, 7 months contract to start with.

The role combines responsibility for managing own projects end-to-end with supporting other project managers in larger and more complex initiatives. You will work closely with both customers and suppliers, contributing to structure, progress, and effective collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

This assignment is well suited for a professional who thrives in a dynamic setting and is comfortable handling parallel tasks and interfaces.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver technical projects from initiation to completion

• Support senior project managers in complex and large-scale projects

• Act as a key interface towards customers and suppliers

• Ensure delivery according to scope, schedule, cost, and quality

• Apply established project methodologies, processes, and tools

• Drive structure, prioritization, and progress within projects

• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies

Required Profile:

• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within power, electrical, or industrial sectors

• Experience working closely with customers and suppliers

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools

• SAP experience is mandatory

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory

This is a full-time consultant position in Västerås through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Västerås.
