Join an Agile Team as UX Designer – Lund-Based Role

We are looking for a UX Designer to join an innovative and agile development environment within a global organization. You will be part of cross-functional teams working with modern frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX, and Design Sprint 🚀

This is a full-time consulting assignment based in Lund, with on-site presence required at least 3 days per week.

You will play a key role in shaping user-centered digital solutions, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders. The focus is on delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences for internal tools and applications.

• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing

• Translate user insights into clear design solutions

• Design UI for digital tools and applications

• Work within and evolve existing design systems and guidelines

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design implementation

• Deliver design assets ready for development

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar UX/UI design role

• Strong experience in UX/UI design for digital products

• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing

• Proficiency in Figma (Adobe tools are a plus)

• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Lean UX, or similar)

• Ability to create and adapt designs based on existing guidelines

• Experience collaborating with developers and delivering production-ready designs

• Start: May 1, 2026

• End: December 31, 2026

• Location: Lund (on-site 3 days/week)

• Scope: Full-time, 40h/week
