Where you’ll make a difference
Mölnlycke is now looking for a People Services Specialist Sweden & Nordics to join our HQ in Gothenburg on a 12-month parental leave cover, starting early August. This is a fast-paced, operational role at the heart of our People Services function. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring continuity, quality, and efficiency across HR operations, acting as a key coordination hub between teams, systems, and stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Supporting end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
- Managing and resolving HR queries via ServiceNow ticketing system
- Coordinating activities across HQ and Nordic People teams
- Owning and supporting HR audit processes and compliance activities
- Ensuring data accuracy and reporting within systems such as SuccessFactors
- Acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries
- Supporting reorganisations, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating closely with Payroll, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
This is a role where you’ll quickly build a broad understanding of the business while contributing to high-quality HR service delivery in a dynamic, international environment.

What you bring
Must-haves
- Around 5 years of experience in operational HR or People Services
- Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
- Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Ability to start in August
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience from international or matrix organisations
- Exposure to payroll-related processes
- Experience supporting Nordic operations
