Business Support Specialist – Sales to Contract (Senior level)

We are now looking for an experienced Business Support Specialist – Sales to Contract for an exciting consulting assignment with a large organization within the construction and infrastructure sector. You will be part of a product team supporting the business in operational processes and systems covering the entire workflow from market analysis to signed customer contracts.

In this role, you will work closely with super users and the business to ensure efficient ways of working, high system usage, and continuous improvement of processes and applications.

Your main tasks will include:

• Providing business support to super users within processes and systems (CRM, customer contracts, reference & CV management)

• Developing and delivering training, such as webinars and training packages

• Managing and facilitating super user networks

• Defining requirements for user guides

• Defining requirements for training materials and learning solutions

• Acting as the channel for incoming improvement suggestions and forwarding them to the product owner

• Contributing to the development of processes and systems

• Supporting planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Independently driving work forward based on defined goals and strategies

To be considered for the role, you must:

• Have at least 6 years of consulting experience within a relevant area

• Have a natural ability to transfer knowledge to different parts of the organization

• Be able to think strategically and prioritize what creates the most value

• Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with various stakeholders

• Have an analytical mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture

• Be able to independently lead and drive work forward

• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

• Be willing and able to travel within the Nordics when required

• Experience in teaching, training, or other pedagogical work

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and assigned to the client.
