You will support cross-functional product teams in a large-scale digital environment where connected services, user experience, analytics, and performance optimization are central. The teams build and improve digital platforms in a complex product organization with close collaboration between product, technology, UX, and business stakeholders.

In this role, you help create the conditions for efficient and sustainable delivery. You combine servant leadership with hands-on facilitation and agile coaching, and you bring structure, clarity, and momentum in an environment where priorities can evolve quickly. This is a strong fit if you enjoy helping teams perform at their best while influencing how modern digital services are developed and delivered.

• You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and backlog refinement.
• You will coach teams and stakeholders in Scrum principles and agile ways of working.
• You will support product-focused development teams in delivering scalable, high-quality digital services.
• You will remove impediments and help manage risks, dependencies, and delivery planning.
• You will create transparency around priorities, progress, and team capacity.
• You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, UX and design specialists, analysts, and business stakeholders to strengthen collaboration.
• You will support backlog management and help align business goals with technical execution.
• You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to increased agile maturity across teams.
• You will facilitate communication and coordination across teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master within agile software or digital product development.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting cross-functional development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and agile transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and delivery planning.
• Excellent communication and coaching capabilities.
• Hands-on experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English.

• Experience within connected products, telematics, mobility, analytics, or digital services.
• Experience working with data-driven product teams.
• Experience from scaled agile environments.
• Understanding of UX, product discovery, and customer-centric development.
• Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams.
