Assignment Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to support their operations within supplier-related complaint and claims management.

What You Will Work On

• Drive supplier complaints and claims from registration to closure
• Ensure structured root cause analysis using 8D methodology
• Follow up and verify corrective and preventive actions with suppliers
• Support supplier quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers regarding quality deviations
• Maintain quality documentation, reporting, and follow-up activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement within quality assurance processes
• Support validation and verification activities when required

What You Bring

• Experience working within quality engineering or supplier quality management
• Knowledge of supplier complaint and claims handling processes
• Experience conducting structured root cause analysis using 8D
• Ability to follow up and verify supplier corrective actions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
• Experience from manufacturing or industrial environments
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive quality activities
