Assignment Description

We are looking for a Professional Solutions Engineer specializing in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

What You Will Work On

• Configure and maintain Adobe Customer Journey Analytics components
• Support implementation of CJA solutions for multi-channel customer analytics
• Build and maintain segments, calculated metrics, dashboards, and reports
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data flows and integrations
• Support data quality and reporting accuracy
• Develop visualizations and insights supporting marketing and customer experience initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
• Support deployments, releases, and rollouts across environments
• Maintain technical documentation for analytics solutions and processes
• Share knowledge within the team and contribute to continuous improvement
• Stay updated on Adobe CJA capabilities and industry best practices

What You Bring

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms
• Good understanding of analytics concepts such as segmentation, KPIs, metrics, and reporting workflows
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Fluent in English
