Assignment Description
We are seeking an Operations and Project Coordinator
What You Will Work On
- Plan and coordinate monthly Steering Committee meetings, including agenda preparation and logistics
- Collect, consolidate, review, and finalize presentation materials
- Organize meeting invitations and ensure smooth execution of formal sessions
- Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items
- Track follow-ups and ensure progress on agreed actions
- Establish effective feedback loops and drive post-meeting execution
- Strengthen collaboration between European teams and global headquarters (CTO Office)
- Support and coordinate special projects, initiatives, and business-critical activities
- Initiate and manage internal coordination to meet organizational requirements
- Act as a proactive driver to move topics forward across teams and stakeholders
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Solid project management and coordination capabilities
- Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Structured, proactive, and self-driven approach
