Producer of Afghan specialty sauces wanted

We are a rapidly growing food production company with a strong franchise concept that has expanded to 12 units across Sweden in just two years – and we’re continuing to grow. We are now looking for skilled staff with expertise in Afghan cuisine to join our production kitchen, where we manufacture high-quality Afghan sauces in large volumes for distribution to our restaurants.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in traditional Afghan cooking
• Can produce Afghan sauces and marinades in large, consistent batches
• Understands and can work with Afghan spices, ingredients, and traditional techniques
• Speaks fluent Dari and/or Pashto
• Is detail-oriented, motivated, and enjoys structured production work
• Ideally has experience from a commercial kitchen, industrial kitchen, or food production environment

Fluency in Afghan languages is essential for this role, as it supports internal communication and ensures smooth collaboration within the production team.
