SW DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Embedded Platforms

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong DevOps expertise to join our clients Software & Electronics Platform team. In this role, you will take ownership of CI/CD infrastructure and build systems for next-generation embedded platforms.

You will play a key role in developing and improving automated software delivery pipelines, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-quality integration for safety-critical embedded systems.

What you will do

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software

Develop and optimize automated build and integration workflows using tools like Jenkins, Zuul, and Bazel

Write and maintain scripts in Python and Groovy

Improve build performance, automation level, and software quality

Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in the integration and delivery process

Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure efficient workflows

Support and guide teams in adopting CI/CD best practices and tools

Contribute to planning and coordination where needed, especially around dependencies and delivery flows

Required qualifications

Proven experience in CI/CD infrastructure in an embedded automotive environment

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and automated build systems

Hands-on experience with:

Jenkins, Gerrit, Zuul

Docker, Artifactory, Azure, Linux, WSL

Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and Groovy

Experience working as a Senior Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, or similar

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Fluent in English

Meritorious experience

Experience with Bazel and Conan

Background in AUTOSAR Classic environments

Experience working with safety-critical systems

Understanding of embedded software and system architecture

Interest in sharing knowledge and improving ways of working
